10/12/16 SWE Meeting

Thanks to Islin Munisteri, PE who presented "A look behind the eyes of trauma, depression, and burnout: tales for resilient leadership." She shared what got her off the edge of the parking garage, techniques to keep burnout at bay and ultimately, building resilience in the management of self and others. We had a great turnout and hope to see the same participation in the future! SWE Board Meeting

We had a great turnout at the first SWE meeting on September 14th - potluck style! It was a great time to network and see new faces. The SWE Greatland Board met last night. We discussed meeting topics, the budget, and volunteer opportunities. We are looking forward to a successful SWE year!
