Abdundance of outdoor activities.
Exposure to arts.
Outreach programs.
What is needed to make our community better for youth?
More people who care.
More parental involvement.
What are we doing?
SWE Greatland does a lot!
We teach Girl Scout workshops.
We volunteer our time with Junior Achievement and the Anchorage School District Gifted Mentorship Program.
We tutored for years with Campfire at two sites.
We share engineering with students all over the city.
What could we be doing?
Getting more people passionate about helping our youth!
